As far as what has been said at E3 the "always watching" is not true.

Sorry to say, but I disagree. Microsoft surprisingly had a great line-up of launch titles for the console. The downside: DRM and Always online is what really stops me from buying the console. :/

Disappointing. I thought the conference was great, especially looking back at the reveal and previous e3 conferences. Microsoft did really good this year.
