It never bothered me to begin with, but still sticking with mobile and 7th gen, for now.
I have to admit it's pretty amusing to see this after the collective whining that's taken place ever since...

I don't really want a ton of characters this time. Half the newcomers in Brawl sucked or were just clones. Just stick to balancing a few good ones out this time like Smash 64 or Melee.
Well... There was this thing

And the whole "Miku Sonic" thing.
I like 5 a lot too, as well as X5. Both games seem to get a lot of hate for somewhat trivial reasons.
Sonic the Hedgehog 4.
The best looking Wii U game? Lol. Talk about overselling it.
Tropical Freeze will run laps around this game just like DKCR did Colors in 2010.
That's a nice pair of pants.
Japanese games have kind of sucked lately. The big developers have lost their spark, and a lot of the smaller developers (like Cave) are dying off. On the bright side, it looks like China and Korea...
Lost World was that game. Prepare for utter disappointment if you're expecting it to be the big next-gen Sonic game.
Unless Episode III is in development, I think Sonic Team is done with 7th gen....
You're setting yourself up for disappointment...
The GameCube is my favorite 6th gen console and the 360 is my favorite 7th gen console. I prefer mobile (Android) over consoles and handhelds. The PS1 is the only Sony system I've ever liked.
I...
Galaxy and Unleashed.
The internet is not one person.
I'm personally glad they're going with DK instead. Donkey Kong Country Returns was a fine game and well overdue comeback for DK.
It does look pretty bland to me. Was hoping for another big adventure like Sunshine or Galaxy.
Donkey Kong Country looks good and Mega Man was a nice surprise, but nothing else really interested me. I'm disappointed (but not surprised) that new Mario is taking the 3D Land approach instead of...
I thought Yoshi's Island DS was pretty good. Don't really like where this game is going, though.
I don't really get Nintendo's obsession with pointless overpowered items just for eye candy's sake.
Probably not, but it has nothing to do with the whole always-on or anti-used games thing. I just don't want more consoles right now.
It's not as bad as I feared, but it doesn't look that good either. The 2D already looks much better than Colors. No more blocks (finally), the platforms are actually unique and fit the level theme,...
"Cartoony" does not equal neon colors and no detail.

It looks better than it did before. The platforming doesn't look as awkward as Colors now that you can control Sonic's speed and he can grab onto ledges. I still don't like the art style and it still...
I was fine with it until I saw Lost World. It was fine in Sonic 4 and tolerable in Generations, but now they're just milking it.
It's like that one kid who won't shut up about how amazing the 90's...
The problem with comparing Sonic to games like Mario and Mega Man X is that they have moves (more precise jumping, hovering with Cape Feather/Raccoon Leaf/Bunny Ears, wall climbing, etc.) tailored...
Sonic Chronicles, Sonic Free Riders, Rivals series, Storybook series, and the All-Stars games. I have the consoles (except for Kinect), just couldn't really be bothered. I only own the first Olympics...
What if I don't like the gameplay either?
Well, glad that is finally over. It only took them over a year and two major redesigns. They really scared me back in October. I thought it was doomed for sure!
$250 for a Gamepad doesn't sound...
