Presumably Metal Sonic and Outrun Bay come in with the PC version; there's no real second-hand sales and it's built in the Wii U version.

Last time we only had Sonic, Knuckles, and Ryo, and a stage which didn't even appear in the game to begin with. We might, since it's actually a car and not a plane.

Again. Really can't blame them though; each time Sony has had something else they don't want to offer an exclusive for.

It's excluded, yeah. You can set up a custom game online though and play it there.

The Wii U version fell victim to Game breaking glitches caused by a Day 1 patch, which likley caused people to avoid it. Unlike other launch titles, it also didn't get bundled with a console IIRC. =(
