Yes there was some rumour about that they had to pay to fix or update there games on Xbox since pso2 is on pc that means there will be less hassle from Microsoft

If eu/us pso2 dos gets left behind on updates we can't really do anything about it unless sega work much more harder to give us all the content that jp has on the first day of eu/us pso2 server
