Default Guardian Heroes for PSN and XBLA

I just started watching the videos on YouTube of Guardian Heroes gameplay, and I have decided to make it my mission to get this game released on PSN and/or XBLA. Here are the reasons it should be released (preferably with online play):

-5 unique playable characters in the story mode, each with their own spells and special moves.

-2 player co-operative play through the normal game.

-A 4 player versus mode with every character and enemy in the game playable.

-Branching storyline based on choices made during the normal story mode.

-Classic beat-em up gameplay with added RPG elements such as leveling and stat management.

-Developed by the legendary developer, Treasure.

If you need more reasons to play the game, watch these videos and see what the game is all about.

Just watching those videos brings a smile to my face remembering the countless hours I spent with it on my old Saturn. Now, I desperately want to see it released again.

I suppose this makes sense, all the Saturn classics deserve more exposure.

Very much so. Games like Guardian Heroes and the Panzer Dragoon series really should be appreciated by more people.

all the more reason sega needs to make collections similar to sonics UGC for saturn, dreamcast, sega cd etc..........they act like the genesis is the only system with games worth remembering sometimes. i know many people who want this......(although i also know many who want a sonics UGC vol 2 as well)

I'd love to see a collection of Saturn games, but I think we have yet to see even one Saturn game ported to another console.

Well there is NiGHTS into dreams on the PS2, but only in Japan. The re-release has spruced up graphics, new skins, but 2P mode was removed, as well as Sonic into dreams.

Virtua Cop 2, Black Matrix, and Real Sound all appeared on the Dreamcast. Mega Man X 3 and 4 and Mega Man 8 appeared on both Playstation 2 and Gamecube.

So... there have been a few. But yeah, it seems to be slim pickings.

THose are true, but I suppose I meant Sega made Saturn games released in North America. There was indeed the Sega Ages collection stuff on PS2, now that you mention it. There were also a number of those releases on the PC like Panzer Dragoon, Sonic R, and Last Bronx.

Either way, there are far too many good games (Sega games) released on the Saturn for them to just go overlooked as they have been considering the large amount of remakes we see on consoles.
