Default Single-player campaign - unable to proceed problem

I have just started the single-player campaign on Universe at War-Earth Assault and have invaded the Congo. I have killed everything in sight belonging to the Hierarchy, constructed every building possible and built my units to their maximum capacity just in case they are needed later in the campaign. My problem is that the game does not recognise that I have won and that I am ready to move on with the campaign. Is this a bug? How can I proceed? Please can anyone help!

I haven't played yet, but it sounds like a pesky, "One coward unit standing."
He could be off in a corner of the map, trying to rebuild society with himself, y'know? Haha.
Search every part of the map, kill everything that isn't you.

That's my only tip for this, sorry. Lol.

    I agree with Matriarch.

Use Figments for this purpose, or Inquisitors, but I have known this: Unless it's a Glyph Carver, It will run at your base as soon as the last production/construction unit is dead, so I'm guessing one glyph carver in a corner, perhaps without enough cash to build anything, perhaps just rebuildng another Hierarchy base, who knows?

Figments are fasted land I've seen for Masari, and Inquisitors had better be fastest air, never used Inquisitors
