    Default Product Key issue

    Hi,
I've got a problem with this Windows-Live-stuff. I've installed an already used game. Now it appears, that the former user was playing it online or has a Windows Live account as well so I can't use my product key! In another forum I read that Sega can provide an additional product key in such a case which is exactly what I'm going to need to play. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find any support adress on the Sega-Homepage. I hope, someone in here can help me...

    thx in advance!

Contact SEGA Support at http://help.sega.com , they can answer your question and let you know if a replacement key is doable.

Erh, I eventually got that key (quite a long time ago now ). But unfortunately, I didn't note it anywhere. Now I have installed the game on my second OS on the same computer (Vista, it's a double boot system now) and need to get that Key again. Is there a possibility to read out the key in my XP installation??

Thx for your help if anybody still wanders this forum... ^^

So...anyone mind helping me on my post?
Btw I already contacted Sega support...so much for "Support"; I made the claim a day (Friday, 1PM, so you can't say they were closed :P) ago and they still havn't replied.

If you want to check which key you are using, I don't think it's possible. It's written somewhere in the registry, and I don't know how you could possibly get it from there.

They haven't replied to my second request either, but I could solve the problem now, so nvm ^^
