Weird Message Going Online...

This isn't my problem, but my friend is telling me that when he tries connecting to PSO Ep 1 & 2 that this screen comes up saying something like "(#116) the expiration of hunters license cuts please buy hunters license newly from web site"...

We've tried many things to try to get it working without buying a new account, but I guess all he has to do is deactivate his account and buy a new one, but is there any way to solve this without doing that? Is there better way to fix this without buying a new account??

I've looked around a bit on the PSO fan forum but so far I haven't found anything like this. I also am curious if this has happened to anyone else...

deactivate his account. reactivate it

That's what I told him to do (since that's what I do) but he's deactivated it and reactivated it like 8 times already, and it still says this...

cancel the account. then start it back up again

Did that, still doesn't work, but what we found out is that he can go online with his OTHER memory card. So does that mean there's something wrong with his memory card? Should he maybe delete the Sega Info off of it and then get it back again? Hmm...
