Are you trying to get the HL from the GCN or from a PC?

I've been having the same problem too. The CC expired 2/2005 and each time I attempt to edit my account info with the new date, it reverts back to the old exp. date. I've tried to edit the info through the GCN and PC several times. I just wanna pso! :/
I have tried both GC and PC no go. Im callin SEGA today. It seems like its like there is somthing wrong with thier site. My freakin cc works i put the right experation date in and nota. this is bull s#&*
I just called SEGA and they told me thier billing system is currently screwed up so no one can create, cancel, or reactivate a account at this time. they said give it 42 to 72 hrs.
