    Default canceling the account...

    I want to cancel my account. but under edit account under the serial/acess key....theres no #! and now I just got billed for 2 accounts. plz help!

    You can either fill out a request for help on the contact page or call Sega and ask for your account to cancelled (don't say cleared as that's a whole other thing.) You can reach them at 1-800-872-7342 .

    Hey is that number 24/7 even this holiday weekend?

    I Also got my credit card statement yesterday and i too was billed twice for my account, for the same serial number, it even says i was on this site, so i was relieved to see the few recent help topics on here, does anyone know what sega does in these situations of overbilling?

    You can probably get a refund if you can prove that you didn't intentionally double charge on your part. You really shouldn't be billed twice (unless you somehow manage to get 2 transactions under the same billing period. Beyond me how anyone can do that without cancelling and renewing over and over again.)

    Just call up and explain the situation. (Keep that bill close so you can explain the dates.)

    yea i will, but this site here even says that they charged me twice on the 18th of may, thats how i knew it was for the same serial number, and i haven't cancelled or reactivated my account in awhile like at least 3 months and my account automatically reactivates itself lol i will call them, tyvm for your help

    i tried calling and the call center told me to do it on the gamecube...but i have the same problem with not being able to see any numbers under the transactions.

    seeing as how i cant cancel my account , i need someone here to help me.
