Uhhhhhhh...Help?
I played a few weeks ago and it was all fine and good but now when I try to login in the past few days it says that my account is banned and login is suspended. I did nothing to cause this when I was on a few weeks ago and now I really want to know whats going on. I recently checked and saw that sega billed me twice for May and didnt for June. That may or may not be causing my problem. If someone can clear this up for me or give me a number to I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

You are correct, that doesn't sound right at all. You can call Sega at 1-800-872-7342. Explain the problem, and they should be able to fix it for you.

How do I talk to an actual person? Cause I can't find what I need in the automated machine's menus.

Hmmm they should give you an option to talk to a real person. The last time I called you could get a number to call to talk to a person.
I too was billed twice in May but I received an e-mail from them saying that they made a mistake and that my account would be credited. So I wouldn't think that that is your problem.
I never got such an email and I tried multiple times and there was no number to call for a real person. I'll call again if you were to tell me the path to take in order for me to talk to a person.
