I'm not sure what this falls under but my friend recently lost his gc and is getting a new one. Will his game still play on the new gc, or does he need new serial numbers/accesskey?

He will be able to play PSO on another GCN with no problem whatsoever. His serial number/access key is stored on his memory card, there is no assignment to console.
