    Default Serial/Access Codes not appearing in Account on Website?!

    Problem: My Serial Number/Access Key isn't appearing when I try to
    reactivate my account!

    How can I get it to appear in my account again? I used to play
    Episode 3 and that is where my Access Code / Serial is from.

    Can anyone help me with this?
    I've emailed Sega and posted on PSO-World!

    Please help!

    Resolved by calling 1-800-USA-SEGA

    I was using the wrong account :/
