why the game keeps freezing and i lose all items and weapons

Someone please tell why everynight since Friday, March 17 through Tuesday, March 21 the game has frozen and i have lost every item and weapon in my inventory. also how can i get these items back. i have played off line for 5 years and just now got internet. i have been looking forward to playing online. now i am there and i have nothing to show for 5years of work. i don't use cheats. i don't believe in them. if someone has the ability to steal items and weapons then something needs to be done to protect the legitimate new players from being preyed upon. i am 50 years old and not some kid that will just keep their mouth shut. something needs to be done.[/b]
