If you have recieved the June issue of CGW with the PSO Blue Burst installer you will be unable to play PSO Blue Burst until Game Registration goes online.
The installer will work fine with the upcoming Open Beta, but will require some patching. If you have the client, please install and launch the game, then select Patch Download from the main menu. This will patch you to the current version and enable you to play immediately when the Beta starts.
