How to fix numbered errors (ex. 340)

The error I'm getting is GameGuard Error # 360. It says: " GameGuard Update did not complete. Please restart after virus quarantine, or check your system settings for improper program controls."

I ran a few virus/spyware checkers, restarted, uninstalled, reinstalled, and I continue to get the same error. For a while before I uninstalled, my computer wouldn't recognise that the game was still on my computer if I clicked the shortcut. I have no firewalls up. Does anyone have an idea as to what I should do?

I have tried the solution I was given and that will not help either.

In fact, I am on a competely different computer that is in no way associated with the one I was on before, with admin abilities, proper system settings, etc....

And I get the same error.

I'm begining to believe that I am the only one with this problem.

hi im new to the game. only downladed it last nite. but i cnt play. im having a no.904 error i think. its saying my game id and/or password are incorrect. however it isnt, as i can log onto the billling site. i read some advice to change my password and try again a lil later. i did that, left it over nite and now, like 16hrs later it still saying my password incorrect. im getting really fustrated.. i wanna find out what this game is like but it wont let me in!

i did read ur comments bout how it may take up to 48hours to process.. do u think this could be the problem? i activated my account at like 9.30pm on sunday in new zealand time.. so early morning sunday america.

You should just quit if your gonna keep up that attitude. We dont need arrogent players who dont understand the words 'look at the other topics' Oh and there's every change your trying to log on during mainternance times.

904 is your username and password wrong ._.; log into playsega and change your password then relog into PSO. it's case sensitive remember.
