Hello all... I have been playing PSO since the first day it came out on Dreamcast. I stopped playing Ep 1&2 on my gamecube and focuses solely on Episode 3 until BB came out so I missed any Ep 1&2 quests on Gamecube. Is Rappy Festival new to BB?

I think you mean Rappy's Holiday. It's not new it was on the GC and Xbox versions but it will make an appearance on BB =D probebly after the beta though.

Can someone explain the rappy festival? I played through DC days, but I don't recall Rappy Festival.
It is a quest on BB now... You go around and collect points and play games to unlock new areas. I am enjoying it. I don't know why I didn't see it on DC version either since I played the DC version for so long.
