REMAKING Solo quest..help please?

ok sorry for caps but still i wanted to know something about completing all SOLO quest once you finish all quest , you are supose to start all quest again right?? but for example i screw up my soul eater quest by not doing this part

Do "Waterfall Tears." After you beat Anna, keep going deeper into Cave 2, and find Kireek. Fight him and beat him. Complete the quest.
once i beat anna i left i never went to find him... so now im screw and im remaking all quest.. and i was wondering once i remake all and suposely all quest willl appear again will the "unlock" quest also appear?? example for Waterfall Tears i have to unlock Addicting Food, Lost Bride, Secret Delivery & Grave's Butler quest will i also have to do them again or not ?? and ?? thanks in advance..
