Team Points and Purchases

NEXT POINT REDEMPTION: Sunday, Jan. 1st

On the end of the last day of each month (or simply speaking, the very second of the new day of the new month), Team Ranking Points can be used for purchases! Ranking Points (along with bonus points for being in the Top 20) will be sent to the "Points Remaining" total. Team Masters can then head to the Info Counter and start buying features!

do you loose the pionts you have earn on the ranking if you purchase something??

Next time how about some kind of warning? If I had known team points were going to be spendable today, I would have taken to time to raise the remaining 200 needed for an expansion. Now we have to wait an entire month. Horrible PR work guys.

It's inexcusable. Think how we felt, just 15 minutes of Fake in Yellow short of the mark.

In fact, not even that. I HAD the freaking rares inb my bank and was holding them for after beta in case Sega rest the points utterly!

A lot of teams suffered in a similar manner. Just another example of Team Sega's incompetence at public relations and forethought.

And I did some looking; the closest Sega even WENT to saying that points were dividing in any manner was in the play guide, where they said rankings were reset at set intervals. NOT that points we not spendable until a month later when banked, NOT that the 'set interval' is once a month, or on the 1st or 9th or any other date.

Once again I see what could be a solid game suffering from poor service and a mismanaged economy/ranking system.

Team privileges can be bought whenever, but spendable points are only added at a particular time. So what Claire is saying is they need to wait another month before they'll have the points needed to buy the next expansion.

You were given warning. Maybe its not the clearest wording, but you can see that we were informed that spendable points are created when ranking points were 'tabulated'.
Even so, players should have been given at least a few days notice...

Well, "tabulated" - on any well-planned system that requires saving information - would mean just have the points earned on the current month to a database table to keep track of who was winning on the current month. Never something like having to wait a whole month for that...

Maybe it was expecting too much organization afterall :P
