    Default Billing site Fixed

    We are pleased to announce that we have done some optimization of the billing servers and now things to be running much more smoothly. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced, but you should be able to access the billing site without difficulty now.

    Default umm im confirmed on my credit but no PLAY!

    I HAVE SET UP MY ACCOUNT AND HAVE SUCCEFULLY GOTTEN THREW BUT WHEN I SIGN ON IT SAYS THERES SOMTHING WRONG WITH MY BILL AND I CHECKED IT AND IT SAYS ITS GOOD AND THERES ONE BELOW IT SAYS CREDIT CARD NOT ACCEPTED but int he other one that says its good it says credit card was accepted and i was being billed i want to be playign if im getting billed let me kno how to fix this plzzz

    I have been stuck at the BILLING ADDRESS page for almost eight hours.

    It lets me fill in my info and then when I hit send it does... NOTHING.

    I can check on my account and it does indeed know who I am.

    I can back out of the billing address page and try again.

    But it simply will not let me through; I hit "SEND" and nothing happens.

    I am at my wit's end. If there is something I need to know about that page, now would be an awesome time to fill me in, especially in light of the fact you seem to think the billing site is working well now.

    Sorry you have been having problems. We made some tweaks to the billing servers, so the performance should be greatly improved. If you are still having problems, please submit a form:

    If the billing problem thing keeps going until tomarrow, I wont be one of the last to sign up for my hunters license! yay! I have no idea why i posted this.

    ive signed up already for my licence and looked at my bill says u are charging me and says that i was accepted but still no sign in this is annoying been tryign and trying ive did all i can do help me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

    error 913 your billing blablabla is not valid...

    yet i received an email saying all went good and my account is supposedly number 1 up and running, tho it isnt i just wanna know if they are looking into it... >.<

    While I do appreciate you responding to my post, all you did was parrot what was said in the opening post.

    Another question for you: if I had not saved a screenshot of my character's mention in the AOL CUP hit counter page (which includes game ID #) how would I have been able to complete that form you linked me to? You see, now that beta is over, without a HL you cannot access the game. If you cannot access the game, you cannot access your ID. Even though I can access my "Account Details" at the billing site, I note that "Account Details" does not include my game ID #.

    In any event, I filled out the form and detailed my problem -- again.

    If your team is able to help me via that form, great. If not, well... I must say this is a pretty poor way to handle a customer who has been a customer of PSO products for over four years.

    Judging from this board, GameFAQs, and other boards of which I a member, many people are having problems with your billing site at one step or another. Rather than tout the "tweaks" to the billing servers, it would be more helpful if our posts were read and responded to in a more detailed and helpful manner, even if via updated FAQ's.

    Pardon my lack of humor, but I have spent over 10 hours attempting to PAY Sega to play this game, and it is quite frustrating to be still be stuck on the outside looking in while others play. Further heightening my frustration is getting a response like yours which merely echoes the opening post and offers no insight whatsoever towards solving my (or others') problems with your "tweaked" and "greatly improved" billing servers.

    Why didn't you just tell me that your billing site is not compatible with Netscape or Mozilla? You could have save me and countless others a collective thousand+ hours of wasted time.

    Is see that people are posting about this on GameFAQs and on this very site.

    I loaded up the dreaded IE and went back to billing site and problem solved.

    Why your billing site doesn't work with Netscape when every other site under the sun I have ever been to does is beyond me, but that's besides the point.

    I am extremely disappointed in both your billing site and your in-board support. To think a poster at GameFAQ's provided my solution is beyond ironic.
