Help with Paying

Well....i dont know much about psobb, and how to pay it
But im gonna try to explain things as good as possible

Well, i am from Portugal, and i use my moms Visa card, with permission, it says there " EUROPA ", then below " SOTTO MAYOR ", and thats that, it says the code, and behind theres a code like this " **** *** ", like the billing said check the three spaces...

Also the validation of the card is up to date, and my mom got tons of others...

Im just 13 so bear with me, i asked so friends, and some repliead, maybe because your bank doesnt allow internation payment, some said you did things wrong, some even said was it reallllllyyy Visa? --_--; no comments...

Well i really need help, i wanna play this so much, and i hope i get a response from you guys, since some topics dont go a answer, i also filled that support thingy in psobb.com of support, even so, i didn´t get a replie today, is it me, or are they just ignoring me?

Oh well...maybe i am doing things wrong, and however possible, and if you guys can, explain to me, what should i do, like in city name, etc bal abl abl, cuz i want to get everything right

Oh didnt i tell? the error i dunno, all i know it said the Bank did not transict the payment, and now 2:14 Am, Portuguese GMT time, it still is under maitenance..

Oh well, i hope i get some help, thx in advance
