Error 171 Risk Score Exceeded (DSCORE)

Okay this is what happened:

I put in all my details of my credit card and then I got this error message:

171: Purchase failed: RISK SCORE EXCEEDED - POSSIBLE INACCURATE DETAILS (DSCORE)

When I looked at my purchases it said my HL was a DSCORE and my 1 dollar/euro was a SUCCES.

I filled in a form and they said I was putting in the wrong details. I tried it a LOT more times but it was all in vain. Then I got another credit card from a friend (the credit card worked for him) who filled in all his details in my account (lives in the same country) but he got the same error.

Then another friend of mine had the same problem and also filled in a form, but she got a reply saying her account was upgraded and she should try again, and guess what, it worked!

So now I wonder what the heck is going on :P

I got the same problem too and I have sent a form.
However, SEGA have given me a response yet.........

And knightkim, if you are from Hong Kong then you can't pay for the PSOBB US version, you will have to use a different one..I'm sorry.

I think I know if my country is listed or not...
Of course I have checked that..

If you have filled out a form, they will get to you eventually.

And, hey, it worked for your friends, right?
