they are now for an ep4 quest "A Dangerous Deal With Black Paper".
You don't use them to add hit% anymore.
k what can i get with it/them in that quest?

As far as iv heard the quest in question is a one player timed quest where you have to choose one of 3 arenas and clear the Room you choose of enemies in the time given. There is a higher chance of rare enemies or some guarenteed spawns i believe but the item drops are disabled on this quest.
Depending on your character class you will be awarded Items getting better in value the more time thats left on the clock at the end.(it looks like you will get an item for evey 30 seconds left on the clock) Prizes have included Slicer of Fanatic, Shouren, 1975 agito and some have said SJS is a possible prize. Either way this looks like a better way to get hold of some of the ep4 Ubers. Pity we wont see it anytime soon. i however will be getting a collectoin of pcs ready for when the time comes

Nah, some people have had over 7 minutes left and still got only 4 items. (in Ultimate)
