RubyEclipse uses good english and grammar, has a clear love for the game, and wants to support it along. Let's not forget the lack of spam. Even though he has the largest team on pso, there are few arguments concerning his members. The only downside I see is that he may be too tied up with the various other games jeM is involved in. Here's to hoping seeing him more often around the forums.

As for the naysayers, I seriously can't think of any member more qualified.
