As many of you know, the server is giving 903 and 906 errors to all users on login attempts. Sega is aware of this issue and currently looking to resolve it.
The problem is directly related to the login severs, anyone currently logged in should still be able to play normally.
This is our top issue at the moment, as many of the Sega Europe sites are down as well. Please have patience while this problem is resolved.
The servers are still down while we work towards a resolution. The issue has been caused by a larger power failure around Sega of Europe site. The outage has knocked out all Sega of Europe websites, networks, etc, and has also brought PSO BB auth servers down with it.
Sega of Europe is fully aware of the problems and is working diligently to get the servers back online. Getting the power back online is the first priority, and unfortunately is not something Sega of Europe has direct control over. We are working hard to get them back up and running and appreciate everyone's patience during this time.
We have received word that the issues keeping the authentication server out of commission have been resolved and the game servers are back online. Thanks to everyone for their patience during this time.
