A solution to the 913 error.
Last week I got the 913 error on my second account. I was pretty upset that I couldn't play so I just used my first account for the time being. A few days went by and I logged onto my second account again and huzah! It actually let me in. And I didn't even e-mail SEGA or anything. Perhaps it's some kind of remedy?

Sega fixes all accounts with Error 913 even if you don't send in a report, the amount of time is different for all, from days to weeks to more...so luck was on your side, congrats
