I think bruising is quite common around incision sites. Maybe you should call your doctor and ask if you can put ice on the area.

Well, as you may or may not know i rarely get on these boards, although i am picking up a bit. So i read your first post and almost posted "hope all goes well" only to find it did, in fact, go well ^.^ So, i beleive it is a 'grats that is in order instead!
