Well, I know my least favorite - Pulse Racer by Jaleco.
I bought it because I heard it was terrible and it was 6 bucks.
Yeah, it's bad.
My favorite? Probably Quantum Redshift.

PGR2 its the best racing game ever!
You guys should check out that Toca race driver comming out soon. That game is looking to be crazy realistic.

I voted SegaGT just cuz from what I played of PGR I didn't like too much. I also REALLY like the N4S:U and the whole N4S franchise.

I wasn't a big fan of PGR2, cack graphics, cack gameplay and glitches everywhere...plus it was boring
HA! for me it's a toss up between Project Gotham 2 and Midnight Club 2Two of the BEST in the genere.
This seventh generation of gaming has officially been turned upside down.........................

Anyway, I'd have to go with PGR2.
