Cannot create an account for game.

Hello, I am awfully new here, but, I cannot seem to create a account for the game on the billing site. Please help?

You can't create new accounts for PSOBB as of today. I don't know why it wasn't stated on a better place on the billing site, but it's there. You might want to check the Announcements section of the forums here.

You can no longer create an account for PSOBB. We are closing the servers and only allowing all players who had previously open paid accounts.
