Why doesn't the media make fun of Sonic?

They make fun of Mario... Pokemon... Grand Theft Auto... But why not Sonic? Again, HE'S PERFECT FOR THAT STUFF!

True, he is in fact perfect for the video gaming world, but you gotta admit, Sonic is HEAVILY opened for being made fun of.

There was a slight mockery of him in The Simpsons once. The episode where Bart stole the Bonestorm game, they had a small joke about Sonic... s'about all I can think of.

dont worry there are websites that have sections making fun of sonic for example newgrounds.com, newgrounds is really an all porpose website it has something for every interest and it makes fun of just about every celebrity and every video game. but it does also have adult matterial so be warned.

There was a commercial a while back on a game where Sonic was in a hospital along with Spiro and the others wearing cast and a crazy kangaroo passing by scaring the heck out of them because he beat them all up. I forgot the name of the game.
