Sega's phone number has been the same for years.... 1-800-USA-SEGA.

They reset my Hunter's License on the old PSO for me and sold me Steel Battalion controller parts. As stated, for PSU issues you probably don't wanna call them if you're on 360....but they've always been nice folks when I called for other things.
