Playing Story Mode without a constant internet connection

I read in another post that people are unable to play Story Mode without a internet connection, due to GameGuard. I have a similar problem of non-constant connection, and I have found a way to play Offline(Story) Mode without it. NOTE: This "trick" does NOT exploit any glitches, cheating, or hacking loop holes, IT IS a legitiment way to play Offline only without CONSTANT internet connection; any cheating done because of this "trick" is not incouraged by anyone.

What you need:
PSU installed (duh)
Internet access (only for a minute)
Computer that works with the game

Steps:
1. Start up the PSU application while your internet is running.
2. Let GameGuard connect and take you to the Main Menu.
3. Play! You can now disconnect the internet if you need to without interfering with game play. You can play without internet until you exit the program. You CAN log out to take breaks, but DON'T exit the program at the main menu.

Gameguard only requires the internet for the initial loading, yes.. That way it can safely check for updates. After that, it no longer needs an internet connection to do what it does.

I know, I just shortened it for you. =P It has been posted before too, and although it might not be particularly obvious, I kinda figured it worked that way without even trying.
