Division Backround: The Phantom Strike Coalition was established by the Alliance Military Force as a search and rescue organization. Officially billed as an international organization, its KAGEZOKU subgroup is actually a counter-terrorist wetworks and anti-crime unit operating under the Gurhal Interational Public Safety Commission.
Character Background:
SHINOBI was created by the Kumogakure Corporation as a reconaisance and stealth tactics type HUcast strictly for use by the KAGEZOKU Group. He is based off the "Ninja-Type" template, equipped with several stealth functions such as Thermal Optic Camoflauge, Multi-function sensing and recording equipment, and significantly improved speed, agility, and reflex/reaction timing, which makes him exceptional for his job description. Though he is also equipped with several medium and close ranged weapon types, his weapon of choice is his two custom-made Jitseen Blades, more commonly knowned by most GUARDIANS as A Rank "Death Dancers". Having the words "Kotetu" and "Muramasa" etched on their hilts, he carries them both on his back (using a locking mechanism), unlike the rest of his weapons, which are stored normally. For most situations though, he uses his right-hand blade "Kotetu" and a firearm (semi-automatic or submachine gun type) on the left hand, with "Muramasa" still attached to the back, for flexibility in both close and mid range. He is currently the group's stealth tactics and assassination specialist.
Guess his description could've been better off in the Fan Fiction section, but I figured it would help describe the weird words in the picture ^.^
