I keep getting an error 61 when I try to sign in (failed to recognize Sega ID). I went to Sega's website and verified that my ID was correct (I was able to sign in).

anyone know what to do or what I should try.

I have all the ports open like I'm supposed to have, and I've tried everything else..and heaven forbid I have to call Sega and listen to the "automated" response that doesn't help worth S**T if I can't talk to an actual person.

any ideas?
