What UPPA does:
Help new players to our 360 PSU community by providing information, in-game pointers, and on occasion starter items and/or meseta. UPPA will also plan special player-run events for the entire Xbox360 PSU community.
Who is UPPA?:
Any and All members here on the forum are welcome.
Would I be right for UPPA?:
Good question, do you enjoy helping people? Do you have a good understanding of the game mechanics? Do you feel good at the end of day after you hear the words "Thank you"? Do you spend a good chunk of time here on the boards or in-game? A "YES answer to any of these questions means you are UPPA material.
How do I join UPPA?:
Reply to this thread with your gamertag. A member list will follow this first post, and be referenced when UPPA decides to sponsor someone new.
Who does UPPA help again?:
New PSU players on the 360 servers who exhibit genuine good nature, and are not just looking for a handout. As well as anyone who needs help running missions or needs a teammate for battle.
How do I get help from UPPA?:
Any member of UPPA can nominate you by posting in your "hello" thread, or by posting a thread asking for UPPA on your behalf.
EXAMPLE-
UPPA member- "I met this new guy/girl yesterday UPPA should help"
How does UPPA decide who to help?:
Anyone and Everyone can be a candidate for UPPA sponsorship. As a general rule, anytime three UPPA members reference UPPA in a new player thread or thread on a new players behalf the new player becomes sponsored.
When are the UPPA meet and greet meetings?
our meetings are every other Saturday at Club Commune, universe 10, around 5pm Pacific; 7 PM central. Ask any UPPA member if you have questions.
Where can I get info regarding UPPA special events?
We hold various special events during meetings and sometimes before or after official Sega events. Check the this thread often for updates on upcoming special events held by the UPPA, or to volunteer to help.
In closing
If anyone has anything to add, or would like to join UPPA please reply. This isn't a full time job, or even a part time job. UPPA is designed for the community and is a way for like minded people to pool their efforts.
