List all SEGA characters who could have a cameo in this game.

Steve "S0L" Lycett of Sumo Digital said we should expect some cameos of SEGA characters who didn't get a playable spot in the roster. If that's the case, then we should be listing long forgotten SEGA characters that should be remembered. I will start off by listing some obscure SEGA characters that I personally like, which should give all of you an idea of where to look:

Bug from the Bug! series:

Appearances: Bug! (SEGA Saturn, SEGA PC), Bug Too! (SEGA Saturn, SEGA PC)

Astal from Astal:

Appearances: Astal (SEGA Saturn), SEGAGAGA (Dreamcast)

Sir Pepper from the Clockwork Knight series:

Appearances: Clockwork Knight (SEGA Saturn), Clockwork Knight 2 (SEGA Saturn), SEGAGAGA (Dreamcast)

Tempo from the Tempo series:

Appearances: Tempo (SEGA 32X), Tempo Jr. (SEGA Game Gear), Super Tempo (SEGA Saturn)

I hope to see some Sega character "fuzzy yet intelligent non-human sidekick" like Myau etc.

Well, I already know that Chao, zombies, badniks, whatever those Billy Hatcher enemies that look like Chu Chu Rocket cats are called, and a few others are making cameos.
