    Default Status code: 80150101:(

    i wont let me repurchase my psu membership on xbox live. keeps saying that status code message, i miss it and wanna play it again. what do i have to do and plz dont say i have to call xbox again:'(

    If i where you sadly calling xbox live is your only option. SEGA doesnt handle billing xbl does v.v sorry to give ya the bad news.

    hi i have the same problem.

    but i have called support and all they said was that the GL is no longer available and you cannot buy it anymore

    (J/w can you even repurchase the game's membership if you don't have XBL anymore?)

    It seems that when trying to buy the Guardian's License (GL) through the game, it rarely works. However~ If you can find it through the marketplace on the dashboards, it usually works. See if that helps.

    First, go to games -> Phantasy Star Universe. You should see it there. Let me know if this helps.

    That is Microsoft's terrible customer service, I'm afraid. We are still accepting new Guardian Licenses, they just don't know what's wrong and are offloading the blame to Sega.

    If anyone tells you otherwise, tell them it is false and don't let them get off the phone with that excuse. Ask for a manager and point them to this posting, from an Admin (Sega Employee). Do not stand for that response!

    This Problem is very troublesome. It happened to me because im using my friend's credit card and microsoft called in and wanted a lock on my account, without having my friend's banks authorization, (my friend's bank authorized this transaction). Microsoft also has terriable customer service, it took me 4 calls just to get someone who could actually give me true assistance, and i didn't have to go on hold once. I think Microsoft needs to raise up its customer service rates and actually give a damn about us. They also lied about how long it would take to resolve the issue. The first time they said 48 hours, no fix, then they said 24 hours, no fix, and then they said we will fix it now, but they hung up on me, then the last call I recieved a person who actually cared about my concerns and actually gave me a true answer not some stupid lie. If you get this code i suggest you cancel your live account and start a new one is you have low patience, if you do then you can call. Plus a fair warning they put you on hold for like a YEAR.
