More cuts? Side Quests

Various forums are saying they cannot access some of the side quests.

So far it seems to be:

"I wanna go to Tokyo"
"English Conversation Solicitor"
"A Trip Before Marriage"

Parts of Chapter 4 also seem to have been cut.

How much more has been cut? The consensus seems to be quite alot of the side missions have been axed.

We need to get conformation on this from somewhere.

I might have talked up a storm about me not buying the game, but i want more solid evidence.

I think i will make a main line Conformation thread and ask for what is needed.
