THIS JUST IN, Sega states that in fact the real Yakuza didn't want non japs playing with girls in hosts clubs, and, concerned with their reputation, personally found many of the side quests to be too wussy to display to the westerners.

so 1st 6 chapters and we have 16 cut side quests out of 123... that is a minimum of 13% (assuming no more cuts) cut from the side quests alone on top of the managing 3 hostesses, quiz game, mah jong, shogi and loser song. And various questionable translations/westernization issues.

I am willing to bet that the number of cut quests will grow.

I'm pretty sure there's still a 20 hour engaging story and fun game paly, plus the ****** arcade games and at least 100 missions. Yea, i don't think that was cut
