Lightbulb Which part of Sonic 4 would you like to know more about?

    Hey everyone,

In the near future, we're going to get a chance to talk to you guys more about Sonic 4, including some in-depth discussion about the finer parts of the game.

So, we'd like to let you guys decide which parts you're most curious about and would like to hear more info on. There may be even more polls like this in the future, but this time around we're letting you choose between more details on how the Homing Attack works in the game, or, alternatively, the Music / SFX in the game.

Cast your votes between now and this Friday - there's not an "all of the above!" option just yet, but we'd like to see what interests you the most.

    Thanks all!

I want to know if the level designs and the way the game is designed is made with a challenge and not everything being made easy by a homing attack.
Homing attack option and if you could, classic model please.

    I'm torn at the moment.

I personally want to know more about the music...

...but the game designer in me wants to know how the homing attack is going to work.

Hmmmm, what to choose, what to choose...

Oh come on guys, a lot more things can be resolved and un-covered if we want to know about the homing attack. Because this is a 2D game and I'm well aware that it could possibly make this game too easy with the badniks next to completely useless in terms of them being there as they'd be too easy to beat. Or if the homing attack will cause a massive speed boost when used and etc. I'm sure after hearing Splash Hill with that catchy tune you'd be confident in it. Quite possible, the only way to die would be getting crushed or falling into a pit.

SEGA! Sonic needs it's playable characters back. And some decent story.

Or homing into spikes, badniks with spikes, fire, badniks that are on fire, electricity, platforms that have electricity, badniks that have electricity, etc.

You seem to assume (or at least imply the idea) that any and all badniks can be killed with the homing attack. This may be true in the first level, but even if you'd had a homing attack in Sonic 3, at least half the badniks could have still hurt you if you timed it wrong.

Heck, imagine homing into an Orbinaut from Launch Base. You'd pretty much be dead or ring-less no matter how you homed in at it.

Then again, these are the kind of things that more info on the homing attack would confirm.
