Really amazing coloring there, honestly you my good sir have some mad coloring skills. Now the image not only looks beautiful, but also alive and more expressive, but also feels like something out of a really well drawn comic.
Hope you don't mind if I upload the pic on my DA account, giving you the proper credit for the amazing coloring work so other people who don't frequent these forums can see it and enjoy it. =3
Now if you excuse me... D'awwwww. <3

BTW, anyone hoping that classic Amy will meet with modern Amy.....not gonna happen. :I
http://www.sonicstadium.org/2011/05/...tions-details/A mysterious new nemesis (Sega isn’t saying more than that at this time) arrives on the scene and immediately sets about eradicating the very fabric of space and time, as you do when you want to impress the new neighbours, The net result is that modern-day Sonic falls through a wormhole and winds up back in 1991, where he comes-to-face with his younger, squatter, flatter self.
...
When asked if Sonic’s friends will be making an appearance, Iizuka replied:
“Of course, because they’re a big part of Sonic history! But they’ll only be making cameos, be it as part of the story or in the backgrounds. Classic Sonic and Modern Sonic will be the only two playable characters in the game.”
Sorry to burst anyone's bubble and for being off-topic. Have a nice day! :P

As far as Generations goes, we still don't know if we'll see current characters' younger selves as well; and it would be a funny moment to have both Amys (well, if they're written properly, otherwise it'll be a ... well, expected I guess... sadly).
Tried to get better pictures, then realized that "Ostrich wannabe 90's farewell"s can't run things like that, so I had to take a couple pics (literally of a screen the size of my gamecube) until I figure something else out. On topic; I wish Amy had either more SA1 stages or some actual playability outside multiplayer in SA2, she even had idle animations...

Even tough in SA2 she played like Sonic minus solling and lightspeed dash, it would still be interesting to see it. Anyway someone already made something similar but on SADX:
(now if Sega had treated all the other characters in a similar fashion the idea that they hurt gameplay would not have existed, or at least not in the way it does today)
... ... Technically there was a code for light dash too. Somewhat prefer her regular acceleration, but the max speed increase is pretty good.
I really want to agree; but I'm not entirely sure about that. I'd like to think that if they didn't deviate from the core gameplay that Sonic has for other characters (Tails in SA1, Knux in SA1 & 2 but they forced a mission on him, everyone in the Advance games; in fact, we know they can do it to this very day (SBK might be panned for bad gameplay, but the other 3 characters stuck to it with a variation as should be the case) ) that things wouldn't be as bad, but can't change the past and the new Modern style is really noninclusive as far as the 5 distinct types go (2D Classic (S1-S3&K,Advance1&3), 3D Classic (SA1&2), 2D Modern (Advance 2, Rush&RushAdventure), 3D Modern (SU & SC), and the creamy cluster* center (Heroes, which really ruined things by categorizing characters, reviving Shadow, introducing killbot, making a lie out of Rouge's last few lines in SA2, turning Amy into a stalker, writing Metal as a backstabber, and making the player play the game 4 times over; Shadow, and 06)
It's a shame Amy only had three levels in SA1, they were arguably the most consistantly innovative and best designed outside Sonic's. They were let down by her being ridiculously slow however. If you have an Action Replay you can solve both these problems however.
The classic/modern Amy pic is fantastic on both artist's parts by the way.![]()
