For some reason Nintendo doesn't participate in the Tokyo Game Show (except occasionally Iwata will give a speech) so I wouldn't expect anything.

They dont participate but they still announce things around that time. I expect something new from them in mid September.
Playing: L.A. Noire, Child of Eden
Next: Shadows of the Damned
Thoughts: E3 is over. Possibly the most underwhelming E3 in years. Bring back the surprises!!
I think Vitality Sensor will make it's grand appearance at TGS with the game(s) designed to work with it. (undoubtedly WiiRelax)
Also expecting some playable demos of 3DS games since it's most likely launching in at least Japan this winter/fall.
Aside from that I think it'd be great for Nintendo to push their more "casual" content at TGS. It's really less rampant atmosphere than E3, and would work well with their approach. I'm also expecting to see more blue ocean games for 3DS. With it's wireless broadband connectivity, I'd expect games similar to the FourSquare app.
What does being a senior member mean? Hell everyone's a senior member. . .
I am guessing we will see some footage or even a trailer for Last story but that is all what i am expecting to see and also would like to see. and I also would like to see a new star fox announced for Wii (or even 3DS) but highly unlikely they would announce that at Tgs and not on E3 (I would really love a new star fox and i would like to see Miyamato produces that game since star fox assault ground missions was his idea and i liked it a lot on assault).
every thing else was shown at E3.
I want Atlus Japan to announce a new MegaTen title, dammit! There have been agonizing rumors going around about a Persona 5, and after Persona 3 Portable in the States, there won't be any games to look forward to!
...oh wait, this was about Nintendo?
I'm pretty damn sure Nintendo doesn't participate in TGS all that often. They have their own conference in the Fall.
