    Default Archie comics holding a Tails fan art contest

    Though aspiring video editors have a trip to Tokyo to fight for, those committed to simple still art will not be denied.

    Archie Comics has come through in this instance. Inside the pages of Sonic Universe #17 are details of a fan art contest. One grand prize winner will have a full page spread of his or her work in Sonic Universe #20, the conclusion of the Tails Adventure arc. He or she will also receive a plushie back-pack, a Sonic & Knuckles T-shirt, and a Sonic & Tails pin set. Three runners-up will also be chosen; their work will also be features in SU #20, and they’ll get a pin set.

    There are rules; contest entries must be postmarked before August 20th, meaning you have to mail your entries either on paper or digitally on CD with Tails Fan Art Contest clearly labeled to Tails Art Contest, c/o Archie Comic Publications, Inc., P.O. Box 419, Mamaroneck, NY, 10543-0419. Previously submitted fan art into Archie will not be considered.
