To my mind this is far worse than all the problems with updates, the lack of news and so on.

This is the one thing that is absolutely within their power to deliver, the one thing they can do right without an OK from Sonic Team, and something they've absolutely let players down on. It's shameful.

I absolutely agree with you 100 percent. It was a SOA team event. If they weren't gonna give us out our prizes they should at least tell us. PMing is absolutely pointless Ya never get a response. So..some feedback WOULD be nice -Hint Hint- :/
