Xbox 360 controller not working in PC version
Hi,
Just installed Aliens vs Predator (pc) and my xbox controller does not work. It is an authentic Microsoft product. Running the game on a Windows 7 64 os with ATI 5770's in crossfire and i5 750 setup. Have uninstalled/reinstalled with no luck. Any ideas ? I play Bioshock with this controller all the time and it works perfectly.
Check around in options, i think you need to enable controllers from there before they'll work.

And on a personal question, How does 5770 work in crossfire? i mean preformance wise.

Xbox controller not working.
I made sure to enable the controller. Screen changed and I will get an X by menus and such. I press the x on the controller and nothing happens. None of the buttons or axis on the joysticks do anything. And the 5770's do pretty good for me, I am satisfied with them.

Anyway, with the driver installed the xbox pad should be working perfectly on AVP 2010; i actually don't use It but many friends of mine do and the pad works just fine; precisely, one of the patches for PC fixed some "issue" regarding the 360 controller on PC that allowed you to cheat, to activate an aimbot I think It was
You install the driver, activate the pad on the controller menu and you should be done.
