    Default Benifits of claiming an empty territory.

    Say I conquer a level 4 land with 2 of each resource minus food. Do I get a permanent bonus to my hourly income to said resources just for owning that empty land? Or do I have to build a base on it then the proper resouce building to stack it with my total resouce count?.
