PSU In-Game Support Department??
On the Phantasystaruniverse website, it gives a small instructional on how to report abusive behavior in game by submitting a ticket on the Sega Help website. One of the things it says is to choose the PSU In-Game Support Department which is not a listed option, nor does searching the site find any hits for said department. Does it simply not exist anymore or am I doing something wrong? I really don't appreciate getting scammed so I don't intend on just letting it slide.

You aren't by chance getting a long list of international support contacts? Make sure the flag in the upper-right corner is set to UK or USA and then you should see it listed after clicking Submit a Ticket.

Try switching to EnglishUK and then back. I noticed there seems to be some oddities between the two.

Switching back between the 2 fixed the issue, now it's on the list.
The real question is will submitting this ticket actually get something done about the scammer....?

It hasnt been a problem at all in the past, and frankly the only reason Im buying them now is to get the fast MP done on Masterforce because I feel bad about joining random parties and having them carry my gimped self. All this time I've been playing Acrotecher, so all my attack spells are stopped at 30 and MF is level 1 :/
