Sorry to mention, but SNK characters barely have unique Super Specials. They are going to need a major upgrade.

The only KoF is see that are stylish enough (or powerful) enough to
competen with Guilty Gear are the bosses.

They do have some flashy and ridiculous looking moves as opposed to
the other characters, which simply have altered variations of their combos
and special moves.

IMO, Samurai Showdown characters are the way to go.

To be honest, SNK is a better match than Capcom for that sort of thing. It's also a misjudgement to consider only the bosses of KoF flashy, but that's simply IMO.

Dude, look at Igniz's moves! They're pretty flashy, as opposed to say,
King's moves.

Capcom is far better suited. Look at how they're portrayed in the VS.
series in order to compete with Marvel.

Igniz's moves are flashy, true, but King isn't really the best example, IMO. Hinako, for instance, would have been a better comparison.

As for the vs. series, that's the point, Capcom's side had to be toned up to match, just like they will have to be against Sammy, much like SNK would have to be in Capcom's place. In terms of style, overall, I'd see a match-up with SNK as being more interesting, but that's me (or better yet, all three to gain even more perspective, but I'd doubt the chances of it).
