There you can find helpful articles in our knowledgebase along with a number digital manuals and PC game patches. If you can't find the solution on your own, you can submit a help request (at the top of the page) without having to create a support account, though if you do you will be better able to track your ticket's progress. The support site's accounts are in no way connected to SEGA Pass.
And not to repeat myself, but as a rule we do not provide direct support through the forums. While we may occasionally post an important FAQ or make a broad reply to a pressing issue, the only place to get a guaranteed reply to your issue is to contact us directly through the help site.
