    Default Cant activate game

    Hello, I've just purchased the game from Direct2drive.com and I CANT ACTIVATE IT.
    ERROR CODE: -1912029

    Can't activate it, cant play.

    NO i don't have firewalls
    YES it is the correct activation key (copy and paste)
    YES i have a superb internet connection

    I've tried contacting direct2drive support and they refuse to respond or assist me.

    SEGA has nothing but AUTOMATED phone support which is literally USELESS to me.

    At this point, I've been robbed for $30 and I've already contacted my lawyer.

    If I do not get a response from Direct2drive.com/ IGN entertainment or SEGA games in the next 24 hours I am filing a suit.

    If anyone has ANY IDEA why I'm getting this error.. or how to fix it LET ME KNOW.. if NOT.. see you guys in court.
